The prices shown on 'Gift-Balloons-In-A-Box' include delivery by 1st Class Royal Mail. We do not accept responsibility if delivery is delayed unless Next Day Guaranteed Delivery has been selected.
If Royal Mail Special Delivery has been chosen then we can only be held responsible if no delivery has been attempted on your chosen delivery date, Providing the delay is not caused by Industrial Action by Royal Mail or Post Office Counters or Adverse Weather Conditions. Special Delivery charge will be refunded.
If you wish to pay by cheque please ensure it is posted 10 days prior to your required delivery date as we do not accept responsibility for delays caused by non-clearance of funds.
We reserve the right to replace any balloon with another one of equal or greater value suitable for your chosen occasion if no contact with our customer can be made.
